Who is Loveless Apparel?
We are a for-profit apparel company dedicated to raising money and awareness for nonprofit organizations.
What blanks do you use?
Most of our guys shirts are printed on American Apparel and Alternative Apparel blanks. Because of the many styles in our girl’s line we print on Alternative Apparel, Tultex, American Apparel and Royal Apparel. We try to find the best blank for each design, so be sure to check the product description when you are shopping.
How are your shirts printed?
Good old-fashion screen-printing…most tees are printed with environmentally friendly water-based inks.
How do I prevent my shirt from shrinking?
All 100% cotton tees will shrink when you wash them. However, if you wash them inside-out in cold water and then hang them up to dry, you can prevent shrinking.
Who designs your tees?
Our co-founder and lead designer, Danny Haas, is responsible for most of our branding and artwork. We also partner with killer free lance artists (aka Ricardo Allesio) to showcase different artistic styles. If you would like to design for us please contact marie@lovelessapparel.com.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow for 2 to 3 days for processing. Shipping time takes anywhere between 5 and 15 business days if sent within the US and 2 to 12 weeks internationally.
What is Loveless’ store return and exchange policy?
You may return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping.
To submit a return, please use the “Contact Us” link on the storefront, select “Submit reason for return” from the drop-down menu and fill out the form. To make an exchange, just follow the return steps outlined above and place a new order for the correct item(s) at your convenience.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship using international USPS shipping.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The checkout process uses Paypal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Paypal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to Paypal’s secure servers. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
Can I track my order?
You should receive an email, once your order is shipped, with your tracking information. This is sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
